Classes for everyone who wants to fly – no matter your experience level!

These classes were created to literally make friends with the air. Using softer wind streams, we can precisely feel their effect on the surface of our bodies. We discover a new and fascinating environment and let our body find itself in it. The techniques developed will make it possible to move comfortably in the new environment. At each stage of flying we gain experience and learn new things. It is worth taking the time to understand how to direct your body in a new position! Certainly, there is something of interest for everyone at these activities.

During the workshop, there are three participants and an instructor in the tunnel. This allows us to fly more for less!

WHAT DO I GET IN THE PRICE OF THE WORKSHOP?

Training and establishment of a tunnel exercise plan
instructor care during the workshop
rental of a suit and helmet (if you don’t have your own equipment)
15 minutes of activity in the tunnel
access to videos of classes
post-training discussion

The Balance Workshop is an original class created by the @wpadnijpolatac team and led by Flyspot instructor Kasia Bereska. They were first organized by Magdalena Olszewska at Flyspot Warsaw in November 2021 and have been immensely popular since their inception.
