HOW OLD DOES A CHILD HAVE TO BE TO START FLYING IN FLYSPOT?

Children as young as 3 years old are welcome to enter the tunnel, but a lot also depends on the child. Flying in a tunnel is quite an unprecedented activity, and a child may feel uncomfortable at first contact with the strong gust of air generated by the tunnel. We recommend that younger children arrive a little earlier than the recommended 30 minutes before the flight for our slightly older guests. This will allow the child to observe from the outside what he himself will be doing in a moment, calmly prepare for the flight, make friends with the instructor.

IS IT SAFE FOR CHILDREN?

The facility is safe for both children and adults. The tunnel can be used by toddlers from the age of 3 - of course, under the supervision of an instructor, who watches over the child's safety and comfort at all times. The power of the tunnel is then limited to a very low level fully safe for our little guest.

WHAT DOES A VISIT TO THE TUNNEL LOOK LIKE?

You need to show up at the tunnel a minimum of 30 minutes before your reservation time. This is the time allotted for the necessary paperwork, training and equipment selection. Our required attire is simply comfortable, athletic clothing and lightweight, tied shoes. After registering at the reception desk and filling out a statement, the instructor will invite you to the training. He will tell how the communication in the tunnel is, what will happen one by one, how to enter and exit the flight chamber. The instructor will also give the child all the necessary equipment: wetsuit, helmet, goggles and earplugs. Together with him, the child will then enter the airlock inside the tunnel, after which one by one (all the time accompanied by an instructor) the group begins to fly: in the case of the standard package there are two flights, each of 1.5 minutes. After the flights, we invite you to visit our video kiosks installed in the flight room - after entering your helmet number (it's worth remembering), flight time and email address, our system will send you a link to download the finished, edited video. You can also download the raw footage of the flight captured by our 6 cameras. It is available on computers in video rooms. You will find instructions on how to find them on the wall below the monitor. Don't forget to bring your own flash drive! Finally, come to the reception desk - there you can pick up your certificate confirming that you've had your first free flight at Flyspot!

CAN A PARENT ENTER THE TUNNEL WITH THEIR CHILD?

As a rule, our guest flights in the tunnel are carried out only in the company of an instructor. In exceptional situations, a parent can enter the airlock with the child before the flight chamber, but this is not really necessary. Our instructor will take care of our little guest during the entire visit to the tunnel.

What if flying is very much to your liking?

It may be that after the first few minutes in the air, the child will be thrilled to fly. We totally understand that :) If you would like to continue the adventure of flying, you are welcome to take regular flying classes with our instructors.
