• No sports license required
• Competition – only Polish teams are allowed to participate in FS-4 and VFS competitions and classification
• Competition start – foreign teams are also allowed to participate in the competition, but they stay out of the 2-way, FS-4 and VFS classifications.
• Participation in the competition is free of charge (participants do not pay for tunnel time*), but we do charge a fee for processing videos in the Online InTime system.
  • FS-4/ VFS- 4 – 150 PLN/per team/per edition
  • FS-2 – PLN 125/per team/per edition
• Teams participating in the League can take advantage of a special price of 2,500 zloty per hour for training. This price is only valid from Monday to Friday, on weekends it is standard according to the price list.

The Champions League classification will be published in real time on Flyspot’s Champions League website.

* Participants pay for tunnel time in case they can’t show up at the stationary event and take part in the online version of this edition.

1. The Flyspot Champions League season consists of 4 sporting events
2. In the final classification of the League will be considered only those teams that start in 3 editions in the same class
3. The final classification will take into account the 3 best results achieved in the current season of the Flyspot Champions League
4. Qualification of teams for each category of FS-4 (Rookie, A, AA, AAA) and VFS:

• team, which consists of players who have not previously competed in FS-4 can start and compete in any class
• team, which consists of athletes previously competing in FS-4, VFS-4 may compete in any class, but compete no lower than one class below the class in which the athlete(s) with the highest class competed
• team that participates in the FS-4 or FS-2 class can also participate in the VFS
• FS-2 team cannot consist of two players from the same FS-4 team
• FS-2 team, whose players also compete in FS-4, can only be mixed (ie. both players of the FS-2 team cannot be members of the same FS-4 team).

The competition will be held in accordance with FAI regulations (for FS4 Open and VFS4 Open).

Competitions can be judged with a minimum of: 2 judges, on-site or online. The results will be published in real time on InTime, the judging system we use.

It is possible to change the date of the Champions League edition to 3 weeks. Before or adding an additional term.

For online editing:
The drawing is done remotely. Competitors get his result by email to the email address indicated in the application.

After the draw, there is an opportunity to meet on Zoom with the competitors with the organizer and chief judge. Communication with the chief judge is via dedicated email: [email protected]

Teams participating in a given edition of the League, have at least 28 days to make flights. The deadline for submitting videos is posted under deadlines. Flights must take place in the order drawn, that is, round 1, 2, 3, etc.

Teams fly at the time of their choice, as well as the Flyspot tunnel of their choice (Warsaw, Katowice or Wroclaw).

Registration for the League is done electronically. Upon receipt of the application, the organizer or Chief Judge sends a confirmation with instructions to the email address provided in the application. The contact person is responsible for sending the date and number of the reservation on which the players are going to fly a particular edition of the League. After submitting the date, the contact person will receive the drawn queues.

Teams are responsible for copying the relevant video of all rounds and sending the videos via WeTransfer.com to email: [email protected] within 48 hours of flying the reservation.

The files must be copied according to the instructions, from the appropriate camera – for FS the upper camera, for VFS the lower camera and the upper camera. If you upload files from a camera above the control booth, such video will be evaluated. But in the event that it is not possible to verify the correct execution of the figure due to lack of or poor visibility, it can be considered zero points.

Files must have date and time stamping without changing the file name (original files).

Rounds will be judged in flying order. In case of incorrect flying order (date and time of flight/video), it is not possible to swap rounds.

Teams have an allotted time to submit their videos. After this date, if there is no video of the round, the grade for the round will be the lowest possible.

Judging is done remotely at agreed-upon times using the Remote InTime system. The results are published in real time during the judging. Judging dates will be announced on a regular basis.

For the desktop edition:
The drawing is done remotely. Competitors are informed of the drawn queues on the day of the flights at a meeting with the organizer.
Registration for the League is done electronically. Upon receipt of the application, the organizer or Chief Judge sends a confirmation with instructions to the email address provided in the application.
Applications are accepted up to 48h before the scheduled event.

If you are unable to participate in the stationary edition, there is an opportunity to fly the drawn queues within 7 days from the date of the stationary event. In this case, players are not entitled to reimbursement for the time used to fly the queues. The application should be sent electronically with the reservation number and the date and time of the flights, once the application is accepted, the players will receive the drawn queues. Teams are responsible for copying the relevant video of all rounds and sending the videos via WeTransfer.com to email: [email protected] within 12 hours of flying the reservation (videos must be uploaded within 7 days of the stationary event). The files must be copied according to the instructions, from the appropriate camera – for FS the upper camera, for VFS the lower camera and the upper camera. Files must have date and time stamping without changing the file name (original files). Rounds will be judged in flying order. In case of incorrect flying order (date and time of flight/video), it is not possible to swap rounds. Judging of these flights will begin only after receipt of all films, that is, not earlier than 7 days from the date of the stationary event.
